Jennifer is a dedicated IBEW wife and mother who has ventured from the sidelines to actively engage in the field of mental health awareness. After seeing the need for support in the industry, she began pursuing certification in a variety of trainings that would equip herself and others with education and tools to empower the workforce. Her passion for helping others and fostering a sense of community has been the driving force behind her efforts to create a positive impact through the development of Union Care Solutions. Being part of the Union family for over 20 years, it is with great joy that she is able to offer resources and support to the the union electrical industry and their families.
